Insurance issue not resolve yet But i was told not to worry
Ok so on saturday I received a letter from my insurance denying my surgery. HELLOOO I already had my surgery!
I called my doctor's office this morning and I spoke with the surgery coordinator that told me not to worry that she will take care of this. That this is happenning a lot after the approved they send a denial. It has happen with three patients already.
She told me that the only thing i need to worry it taking care of myself. They will take care of the rest.

Yeah...approvals are easy...claims processors are just stupid and can't read either. The notes are on the account and should be read before denying claims. I have been doing insurance since dirt and there are no claims specialists anymore..just data entry. I'm a claims specialist from way back.
Note should be in the system for the approval. Check with the insurance company and see what they tell ya...
