Starving!

 I am right there with Karik-

This is a normal thing for me... perhaps due to the bigger stomach.  I have tried a lot of approaches, but by far the most efffective is to just eat a meal of dense protein until satieted.  It seems to reset everything and the hunger will not drive you insane.  The eating in smaller chunks is terrible- I end up eating far more calores and still am hungry all day.  Keep the carbs in check when you get like this too.
