Had my first post-op weigh in today and 20 pounds have gone missing in the last two weeks. I am now officially as "light" as I"ve been in years.

My fabulous doctor said I'm right on track, everything looks good, and yes, I can eat Greek yogurt now and start purees on the weekend. He even said if my tummy can tolerate it and I'm very good and only get the "melt in your mouth" type I'm good for sushi next week. Well, sashimi.

I've been really working hard to get in 45+ g of protein every day. It will be easier if it doesn't come in a large (8oz) volume of liquid. It took me 4 hours to finish my morning drink yesterday and today, and 3 hours to jam down my strawberry shake dinner last night.
