I am a week out after being sleeved.  Today I have begun to notice a sensitivity to the temperature of my liquids.  I've also been craving salt again.  I've had a hard time with my protein drinks but have managed to get 70g in today.  But I've been wanting mostly broth today and have had 3 cups of it total.  Is that too much?  They are reduced sodium broths but not sodium free.  My doctor hasn't given me any specifics garding the types or amount of sodium in broth. So I'm wondering if any of you can speak to the issue.  I've had about 8oz of broth the past 3 days and today it's all I've really wanted.  Thanks for any insight or advice!

Do whatever you have to in the short term to g e t your liquids in. Your not drinking that kind of sodium as a long term goal as you are right it is not healthy Just get your liquids primary and protein secondary for the next bit and don't worry about anything else.

i think the recommended daily allowance for sodium is no more then 2,000 mg.  Like they said I wouldnt worry about it too much early out.  It's more of an issue when your eating regular foods.
