ok now im no longer obesity yaa me....BMItoday is 29.5 just made it lol

13 weeks out down apx 55lbs im happy with that .11.5 lbs to go and im under 200 lbs...

watch this site for the info for the new england meet up.......

You're going a great job. I just hit the overweight BMI myself and it really feels good. Next time I see my pcp II'll get to see her type in overweight, not obese!
