Back: 17
Hip: 49
Thigh: 24
Lower Thigh: 18 1/2
Neck: 16

Um... you've lost 34 pounds in one month, and you think that's slow? At three months out, my average loss per month is about 17 pounds. See my sig if you want the month-by-month play. You're doing fantastic! Just know that at some point, it probably will slow some, but that when it does, it'll be completely normal and you'll still be doing great (as long as you're following your dr's instructions).
