Tell me about it. I will be taking baby bites for as long as I can, I am too scared not too. And I do keep hearing how some that do good with a certain food one day might not be so lucky another day. I am logging everything in mfp and I am making sure to stay under my calories, getting enough protein and low carbs and drinking alot of water But yes, thank you I am will continue to take suuper slow on my new tummy as long as I can, I am too traumatized not too, lol. Once again, thank you

I started purees yesterday too and had somewhat along the same things (no chili, cottage cheese instead) as you did.  I ate very slowly also and everything went well.

I started purees a week ago and have found that this is the beginning of the "fun" cooking -- we're almost back to "real" food LOL  That ricotta bake is great -- I do mine in the microwave.

Just take your time introducing new foods and the way you prepare them.  You're really doing wonderfully -- GOOD JOB!!!

I'm so jealous! I still have one more week of liquids -- I am so sick of protein shakes, water and sf ice pops!

I'm dreaming of cottage cheese and yogurt! Keep us posted with your puree's -- I'm going to need ideas come Monday! Keep of the good work!

Thank you Anna. You are almost there. I am actually sooo happy, Cause pre surgery, I hated cottage cheese, and I just had some right now with a lil truvia and a lil peach sugar free preserves and let's tell you... It was delicious! Lol. Yay! I thought I was going to have a hard time with it and it was actually the opposite, it felt like a guilty pleasure, lol. My taste buds have truly changed so far and for the better

Thanks you I am grateful, cause I know alot of people have a hard time tolerating many things post Surgery, I probably will have a hard time myself and it won't always be as smooth as it is now. But for right now like I said, I am grateful and still being cautious and taking it extremely slow, like a baby, lol. I am happy for you, almost going to join me on the losers bench, yay you
