Thanks! I'd love to post some before and after pix but have no idea how. I've tried numerous times to change my avatar and everything I try is too big. How would I post pix in this text area??

I upload them to flickr first. Flickr gives you a choice of sizes (when you right click) I always pick the smallest, then right click on the pick choose copy pic (not url) then paste into window. Works every time.
