Thanks Frisco, means lots hearing it from you! Now I want you to look at the foods for increasing folic acid and give me your opinion on the best ones. I rather not have to take this vitamin and be able to get it from food. Of course where I stick to protein I prefer to wait til I am at goal before I worry about getting it from foods.
