How about Luigi? Or Guido? I'm Italian -- maybe I should have tried whatever the Italian version of Myrtle is???
Oh, there you go.............how about Paco-Luc???? LOL
THIS is entertainment! Aren't we lucky to have this medium to share our ideas?

Thank you itz -- your kind words mean so much. I just think that if we have the opportunity to encourage or give a boost to another person, we should take it. We never know what a simple kindness can mean to him or her.
You are doing a great job! It's so good to see people succeed, so I'll say it to you, too -- keep up the great work!!

Awww, Kay!!! Thank you -- your generous spirit means so much to me. I wish we were sleevin' together, too. But we have found a good plan for your success and you are rockin' it with your 26 pounds lost.
Your dedication to continue without a sleeve is awe inspiring. I'm just giddy with delight about your success!
And just as an aside -- I was lusting badly after Robert Redford.........wait, I mean PIZZA today LOL Your almost UH OH with pizza must have been playing on my mind. So, I put a couple of ounces of shredded mozzarella in a shallow bowl, topped it with 8 slices of turkey pepperoni and a few tablespoons of marinara sauce some herbs and spices and nuked it for a minute. IT WORKED! I not longer lust after pizza............Robert Redford on the other hand...........well, that's for another post LOL It's not too horrible carbs-wise and had enough protein to be an okay meal on a very occasional basis. Try it if you get crazy for pizza!
Hugs to you!

Kristen, thank you. This whole process has been a learning experience in so many ways. I truly believe it's a great science experiment that will give each of us a new healthy life.
Actually, Myrtle named herself! She was getting very grumbly and noisy one day and kept making the MMMM sound and then I thought I heard some GRRRR and then little TTTTT sounds. Ergo, Myrtle! Of course, it may well have been my very fertile imagination -- but you won't tell, right???
Hahahaha Life is joyous! I see some progress on your scale -- keep up the good work!!!
