Thanks for asking. My energy is still MIA. I'm just beginning to be able to go out running errands. Yesterday I had to be at Kaiser all day and I was really tired when I got home. I'll be off for a couple of extra weeks because of my other surgery next week. I planned it this way on purpose. I am also still sore at a couple of incision sites. Sometimes it downright hurts. Did this happen to you? I know it will be much better soon. I'm just impatient I guess. I have been able to keep what foods I've tried down, which is good. Tonight's dinner Egg Face's baked ricotta, it was so good.

Yes, I remember being sore for awhile, I just took the liquid lortab & the sublingual anti-nausea medication was a lifesafer! I remember stepping out running errands and then getting home sooo tired too. Very normal. Just stay on top of your water and protein intake and your vitamins. I can say my whole experience was not at all as bad as I thought it would be (besides my horrible BM issues) Like they say, each day gets better :-)
