I am 6 months post op and keep my carbs around 15 to about 25 daily. My food log is open on myfitnesspal if you want to add me. My name is the same as it is on here. Hollirrose. I am by no means an expert and your not going to find my food log very interesting... Meat, eggs, cheese, low carb veggies everyday. Yesterday I had a hardboiled egg with light ranch for breakfast, steak and cheese for lunch, protein drink for snack, arbys ham and cheese sandwhich (without bun) for dinner. I didnt make 600 calories so I added another cheese stick. Hope this helps!

I am on MFP but don't see where I can view your food log.  Do I have to add you as a friend to see it?  Thanks,  Bob

  Failure  IS NOT  an Option
