Tiff,

I have a suggestion that could help...just don't go and do what you've been doing! LOL!

Enjoy your trip my friend. -Larry

I've been on many cruises...they never care what you bring on (other then alcohol) ...we once brought a whole case of water!  However - if you are going out of the country, don't try to bring back things like veggies and fruit!!  I never found that an issue while staying in the US, but like I said, if you go to another country, it's a different story.   You can bring back canned typed food, but not fresh from foreign country.

Am talking about the cruise ships only....airports are a whole other ball game, but others have already posted that.

I just got back from a cruise this past weekend.  I stuck with eating eggs for breakfast and whatever fish or seafood was available during lunch and dinner.  Fish seems to sit best in my sleeve and usually has more protein content per oz.  I also brought along protein bars, it was much easier than protein powder because I don't have to mix them.  Also, I brought along my big water bottle and my MIO drops.

When I travel, I take the Nectar packets.  I was lucky and got several boxes of 12 on sale at my doctor's office.

I have never been on a cruise.  This has always seemed to be my definition of hell - trapped on a ship in the middle of the ocean with a 24-hr all-you-can-eat buffet!!  Good luck!
