Super Antioxidants
Hopefully I don't get dinged for more liberal experimentation, but I don't think this one impacts our prescribed diets like my other radical ideas. I jus****ched this video over on nutritionfacts.org and it turns out that Hibiscus tea crushes green tea in the way of antioxidants by a LOT. Check it out:
