how are you getting 70-80 grams of prot? under 600 cal!!??
When I was losing, I mostly (OK, pretty much only) ate very lean protein like chicken breast, shrimp, crab, fish, lean turkey and lean pork loin as well as the very leanest beef and green veggies. If you eat this way, it is more than doable, it's easy. It also reduces your hunger rather dramatically. One of the things that people always come back to me with is that they are shocked at how much less hungry they are a week after they start to eat this way. One ounce of chicken breast has 9 grams of protein and 46 calories, I would eat about three ounces per meal. Or baby shrimp about 3 ounces is 129 calories and 21 grams of protein. This plus a bit of ****tail sauce would often serve as lunch. I am sure you get the idea.
my biggest issue is i have no desire to eat anything! I don't know if it's a stage/phase but i have to pretty much have to force myself to get things down. in the beginning of eating solids i could get 2 oz of chicken down with no issues and now getting 1 in is a struggle and it takes forever to try to get a protein shake in. i do take my antacids so i don't think acid is an issue.
You have mentioned yourself that getting more calories in is no problem, it's the protein that's not getting done. That is because it is much easier to eat the carbs, they go down easier. Try to add something that smothers the protein, but does not have a great deal of calories to help you get the protein down. ****tail sauce with shrimp is one example, a sauce made with Greek yogurt can go over fish. Things like that really help.
