Ok my daughter makes a Pumpkin Honey Cream Cheese Cake. I knew I was having a bite of that all along. I planned for it. My mother in law made Death By Chocolate. I had to fit that into the plan and I did. One bite each. All worked out well. But it was real sugar. Now I am feeling so hungry. My body wants some more cheap energy. I am still under my Calorie goal but I cannot believe the reaction my body is having. Good thing I spent an hour on the treadmill last night and a Hal hour this morning.

Nice work! That us exactly how to indulge... You plan for it, stick to the plan, and you account for it. You rock.

Sorry the sugar left you feeling a bit jonesy. Hopefully being back on your regular diet tomorrow will help you feel better.

Happy thanksgiving!

It's amazing how fast those addictions come rushing back.  Stick to your plan, and push through, the sugar cravings shouldn't last too long.
