Home Made Butter (and Coconut Butter)
OK, two things, I didn't realize how easy this was (although I do seem to remember making butter with a mason jar back in like the 2nd grade). But two things come out of this. Fresh Home Made Butter (where you can control what goes in it) and Buttermilk. Both low carb both high fat so use in moderation. Buttermilk is great for making ranch dressing.

This video is how to make coconut butter. I never really thought about doing this before but was intrigued by the video so I watched it. The girl is a bit cooky but I looked up coconut butter and its also low carb and she talks about making candy out of it so I am thinking in a moment of weakness some coconut butter, splenda (or stevia as I use) and some coco powder might make for a tasty little treat.
