Protein question
If you mean the bottled, ready-to-drink ones, yes. In fact I'm drinking one right now. I like the Vanilla best, the Strawberry is drinkable. I personally don't like the chocolate much (and I am normally a big chocolate fan). They are thinner than a lot of shakes so they were especially good for me right after surgery when I didn't want anything with much body to it. That said, I am thinking of switching over to Costco's Premium Protein the next time I stock up, just because of the price. Where I am, the GNC runs about 1.87 per bottle (almost always on some sort of promotion or sale but that IS the promotion price) and Costco runs 1.47/bottle. I think the stats on the two are very similar.

I love them, they are great if you put it in the freezer about 20 mins, it makes a slushy consistency! and the amt of protein you get in one bottle is great. you can sample them at GNC if you are curious about the flavor. They actually have 2 different chocolate flavors, one is better than the other to me but you should try them both to determine which you like better or if you like at all :)
