I just now read that post, and I think it's the kind of info I am going to have keep telling myself. Thanks for repeating what we need to hear.

It helped me pre op and helps me every day post op... I want to be more militant. I don't think I have wanted much in life more than I want 100% EWL and forever maintenance. I am so done with obesity...so done!

Need to hear this, daily. Wish I could afford to pay someone like you to stand next to me and beat the pure crap out of me every time I think I can have "just one" taste, bite, sample. I want to be like you and y'all, it is my goal. It is hard!!!! Still trying to fix my brain...

I'm still not at goal BUT I just got to thinking that I will feel so proud when I hit my goal because it will really truly be my changes that made it happen and not because I just did not have the capacity to eat. :)
