L: 3.5 oz pork chop with a few sauteed veggies on top (mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, onions) and a tomato basil cheesestick
D: spinach salad with chicken, mozzarella, and bacon on top with balsamic vinagrette
S: coffee with milk
Water: not doing well at all
Vitamins: oops
Exercise: shopping and light housework only
