Avoiding the SKIN issues
Yeah...this is a tough one! I lost 160lbs in one year and exercised EVERYDAY! I do Jazzercise for cardio and weight training and I KNOW that it could have been worse. I'm also 43 and had been overweight/obese my whole life! I do have loose skin. I thought my arms would be my least favorite in regards to the skin but it's the inner thighs and tummy. I have a hernia so I'm planning to have plastic surgery this summer to repair the hernia and get the tummy tuck at the same time.
Just stay committed to exercise regularly and talk to your surgeon about suggestions for a plastic surgeon if you can't bear the skin at the end of your weightloss.
Joyfully,

I am 37, was obese for about 30 years. I have absolutely no illusions that I'm in for plastic surgery, it's BAD.
Having said that... here's a link. Have fun:

Massages are honestly the only natural thing that has ever really helped with my skin issues in a proper way. I've tried creams, treatments, and all sorts of products before, but nothing worked the same. The guys at https://mary4.beauty/en did an amazing job with mine -- I could see a difference almost straight away, and my skin just felt healthier overall. It's one of those things where you don't realize how much it helps until you actually try it.
