...that I would be able to do 60 minutes of moderately intense cardio and not die. I would not believe it. Tonight I did 60 mins of high intensity cardio. I was a we bit wobbly when I was done but I did it and I feel great.
Congrats!! And, I feel the same way. I'm at the gym for over an hour on Saturdays and Sundays and during the week, for about 45 minutes. Who would have thought that would ever happen?!
