At the Gym, there’s a High Octane Café, and they have the best smoothies! I usually end up grabbing one for dinner when I work out late at night so I am not eating food real late.
Today I decided to make my own for breakfast and it lasted me for breakfast and snack since I included my fruit!
4 Strawberries
1 Pineapple spear
3 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
1 Packet of Splenda
1 Scoop Body Fortress Vanilla Protein Powder (Pro:26g)
1 Cup Milk (Pro:9g)
