I'm going on a cruise this week!!!

I have never been on a cruise and not sure what to expect, but I know I need to bring some protein with me just in case.

You guys got any ideas on protein that I can bring that really don't need refrigerating besides powder?

Thanks

There should be plenty of protein options on the cruise. Eggs, fish, fish and more fish, you can even have fish for breakfast, beef, chicken, cheese, yogurt. I wouldn't worry about bringing more protein. Have fun!

I would take  a case of Premier RTD shakes. The chocolate is good. I get mine at Sam's Club. Have a great time ! I went on a cruise to Mexico a few years ago and it was the best time I ever had !

I wouldnt take anything RTD...they tend to bulk up the luggage and will cost you more in baggage fees...

IMO, its only a week...  I wouldnt take ANYTHING extra....  just eat & enjoy your cruise...  your sleeve isnt going to let you eat but so much so when you do, just stay away from the soda & sugary drinks....load up on salads & seafood & chicken and drink plenty of water....

you will do so much walking & moving around, Im guessing you will lose a pound or 2 when its over... then get back home & back on track....
