Btw, I think calories From food cooked by our kiddos should NOT count against us. : ) gotta love them....

Stomach is back to normal. Thanks for asking. I think I just had something stuck. I didn't see anything odd come out when I vomited but I felt fine two minutes after. And that was after 10 hours of feeling like crap.
