Jazzercise tonight. Will be my first night back in 4 days. I slipped on ice on deck at home on Friday and hurt back.

With exercise on your agenda, up your water to 11 glasses. Exercise water doesn't count toward your min 64 oz, so make sure you get it in too, you don't want to get dehydrated.

L - grilled chicken, a little sour cream, black beans (leftovers)
D - steak & veggies
S - cheese, jerky, maybe some greek yogurt if I need protein

Vitamins & water: on track or better :)

B'fast: Peanut butter on 2 slices of Double Fiber Wheat Bread (290 cal, 11g protein)

Lunch: 6 count Chickfila Grilled Nuggets (110 Cal, 25g protein)

Dinner: Turkey Meatballs w/marinara (235 cal, 25g protein)

Snack: Veggies

Exercise: Just did 1 hour cardio. Heading to Pure Barre in a couple hours.

S: Click shake

L: Same as breakfast

S: Raw broccoli, maybe a latte if I go out to run errands

D: Turkey burger w/o bun + 1/2 slice cheese, tomato, yellow mustard & pickle, mixed greens

S: Skinny Cow snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich (Don't judge me, I worked it into my plan for the day )

Liquids: Behind. Big surprise. 

Vits: Will take later.

Exercise: No.

B: Quest banana bread bar before workout (YUMMY!!!!), morningstar farm "sausage" patty and 2 strips bacon after workout

S: 3/4 milk in latte, 2 creamers in coffee

L: 2 ounces of awesome garlicy shrimp, 25 calories of baby carrots

S: 3 ounces fage 0 fat yogurt with teaspoon zero calorie vanilla syrup & 3/4 cup grapes, 50 calories of diet hot cocoa

D: TBD (something under 300 cals)

Exercise- yep

Goal- continue to track my calories & workout at least 6 days a week

CW: 130ish HW: 264 SW:254 Hgt: 5'2
