Jazzercise tonight. Will be my first night back in 4 days. I slipped on ice on deck at home on Friday and hurt back.

S: 3 ounces fage 0 fat yogurt with teaspoon zero calorie vanilla syrup & 3/4 cup grapes, 50 calories of diet hot cocoa
