Another Freaking Stall

I guess I will have to resolve myself that everytime I have a loss of a couple times I can expect to stall for a week or more. I am doing everything everyone suggests so I am just venting. Oh well.

Keep doing what your doing but start measuring yourself to see the inches go when the pounds dont your body has a hard time doing both at the same time

I am on a 5 week weight loss pattern that has been pretty consistent for me for the last two months.

Week 1:  2 pounds

Week 2: 1-2 pounds

Week 3:  Nothing

Week 4: 2-4 pounds

Week 5:  Nothing

Ironically I connect this loss to when I (sorry if this is a TMI) am either ovulating or having my menstruel cycle. 

We all seem to have our patterns of wait loss patience and persistence is important.

Well my wife always says she wishes I had a period so I would know what it feels like, maybe it is time.

I think you are just losing in a stair step pattern and you are interpreting this as stalls.  This is exactly how I went about losing weight, all the way to goal.  You will get there too, I am certain of it.

OK, so now that you know I am right, you are going to have to give up worrying about it.  Gee, what are you going to do with all your free time now.  :)  

I lost the same way, and I worried about it the first few times and then figured it out.  It is just a very common way that many of us lose.  My guess is that you are actually losing inches during your "stalls" and then losing pounds.  Try measuring yourself and seeing if that is your pattern.
