Another Freaking Stall

I am losing in the same pattern. I only wish that I would lose 5 lbs when I finally do lose! I seem to lose 2 lbs in one week and maybe another 1 lb the next week, then bang, I am up against the wall for a while. I have stopped worrying about it. I will have to say though during those times some doubt does creep in about whether I am doing this right.

I am so right there with you !!!  I go for a couple of weeks w/o loosing then woosh 5 lbs in a couple of days then nothing.... grrrrrrr  so irritating!!!

Bummer dude! But holy ****! you have been losing pretty impressively anyway~ I don't imagine your about to fall off the wagon so like everyone says, just keep doing what you are doing! At least you recognize the pattern.  Good luck!

Even if you ate absolutely nothing at all you would still have stalls, until you died.  Your body knows best, it is trying to protect you from malnutrition.  You can't change millions of years of evolution.

I honestly think most folks lose this way. If you look at my profile and scroll to the bottom, you'll see my weekly weights (don't compare, etc etc)... but yeah. I lose, stall, gain, stall, lose, lose, stall... etc. I've gotten used to now and it just is. The gain thing can screw with your head the first few times, but I just keep trucking and things eventually move. Deep breaths. It's all just part of the process. You're doing great!
