NSV..... Um....Ya.... 30" Waist.....
That's mind blowing. I went back and took a look at your before picture and just sat there pondering it all. It just seems miraculous even though it's all science, hard work and dedication, it still seems almost magical. The transformation is awe inspiring. You know that I have pictures of our good doctor on my refrigerator to remind me what I should never forget, I think in your case, he should have pictures of you to remind him of what he is doing this for. :) Congratulations Frisco, couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. ( I know I should not spread that around, you have the whole image thing to maintain.)
Wow!!!
My starting point is same as your; started the journey June 2012 with pre-op prep...with VSG in Sept 2012....and i still need 12 more inches to come off to catch up to you. I hope i do....one day! You are an inspiration!
History: When i came to US in Nov 1988...I weighed 281.
Congrats!!!! That is awesome to hear - that we can keep changing for years.
I just got my 2 pairs of dockers from Zappos (Size 30) in the mail yesterday... never thought I'd see the day. I thought I was done once I hit maintenance, but while the weight hasn't changed, the body continues to reconfigure...
