I'll look for that one.  Haven't heard of it.

I have been experimenting with lots of different samples.  Did not like any of the Chike ones.  I wish I liked the RTD Premier shakes from Costco but they are awful, even mixed with torani/crystal lite.

My top favorite is Proto Whey double chocolate (now called Power Crunch Proto Whey)  because it dissolves easily with just the stir of a spoon and doesn't foam up.  It is yummy made with plain water.  It tastes as good as the Unjury Chocolate Splendor which I also like.  I can mix almost all of the nasty protein powders i bought with fat-free condensed milk and make them better but it adds lots of cals and carbs.  I think I'll give away some of what i bought at my support group.

I strive to keep my carbs low and I like the French Vanilla Atkins RTD shakes.  They are 15 gm protein, 2 net carbs.  My nut says that one Atkins shake would be a good substitution for a breakfast meal.

I bought a case of IsoPure flavored protein Water which is 0 carbs and 40 gm protein in a 12 oz bottle.  I chose the pineapple/orange/banana flavor and it's hideous!  If you mixed sweet-tarts with garbage you could approximate the flavor....hahaha.   I dilute it down with lots of crystal lite and it is doable that way.

Good topic!

I tried the IsoPure water also.  Poured it out!!!  It was very very bad.

vitalady.com has a list of protein supplements you can actually buy samples from. Its how I found out i hated the nectar, but loved the syntrax bananas and cream. The website is difficult to navigate but if you can get through it you can buy a whole bunch of samples (at roughly 3 dollars each) and get an idea of what you might like.

I will say, after my surgery last tuesday, everything is super sweet though.

I use Complete Nutrition - V-Core. 120 cal. 20 protein, and 4 carbs per scoop. Mix it with 12 oz. water and some ice in bullit sometimes with PB2 , or with a bit of cocoa powder and tsp of instant decaf coffee for a great mocha taste. Yum.

I use syntrax nectar. Chocolate or vanilla in coffee with 1/4 cup carbmaster milk.
