YoYoing Right Now and a few bad days

Popcorn is a trigger food and a slider food for me so I keep it out of the house. I found that as I got further out (after 9 months out) and tried it I could eat too much of it without feeling full and I craved it every day. So out it went.
You are doing all the right things except for one, in my opinion. And that is not being so hard on yourself. You are human, as we all are, and you will have challenging times. Forgive yourself and move on. Compassion for yourself is also a skill that is needed in this journey. Sounds like you are aware of what is going on and dealing with your issues.
Just a suggestion re running - I have knee issues and can't run either - nor do I ever want to again, so what I do instead is increase my incline on the treadmill. I still get a great workout at the same speed. I will do interval training as well on the treadmill which gets my heart rate up quite quickly without having to increase speed. I have noticed increased definition in butt and legs as a bonus too of this action.
