Back to simple. There's been too much eating out lately in my world. It's been protein, but still hard to control the cals.

E: Walking broken into 10 min. segments it's not too bad
B- One egg, proti diet maple brown sugar oatmeal, one turkey bacon
S- Cracker barrel extra sharp white cheddar cheese bar, 17 slices of turkey pepperoni
L- Matrix mint cookie protein shake
S- Chobani bite yogurt coffee with dark chocolate flavor
D- Chilli's sirlion steak 3oz
Water- on track for 100 oz
Vits- on track
Exercise- 30 min on the treadmill later tonight
PreB: real coffee (gave up decaf) with sf vanilla caramel creamer
B: 4 oz Oikos 0% honey greek yogurt
S: RTD Premiere Protein shake - Chocolate
L: 2 oz meatball with mozz cheese and ton ato sauce (gave me bad heartburn wtf!)
