L: 1 grilled chicken tender, 1 slice of swiss cheese
S: Bariatric Pantry/Healthwise Grape drink
D: Pork roast, SF BBQ sauce, spinach/beet/carrot "salad"
S: Shake w/ chocolate unjury, banana, almond milk, more spinach

Back to simple. There's been too much eating out lately in my world. It's been protein, but still hard to control the cals.

W: 32 done, 32 to go (plus two cups of calm tea this evening).
V: I take all mine in the PM so as not to interfere with my synthroid
E: Walking broken into 10 min. segments it's not too bad

S- Cracker barrel extra sharp white cheddar cheese bar, 17 slices of turkey pepperoni

L- Matrix mint cookie protein shake

S- Chobani bite yogurt coffee with dark chocolate flavor

D- Chilli's sirlion steak 3oz

Water- on track for 100 oz

Vits- on track

Exercise- 30 min on the treadmill later tonight

S: RTD Premiere Protein shake - Chocolate

L: 2 oz meatball with mozz cheese and ton ato sauce (gave me bad heartburn wtf!)

It's probably a sign of it being Monday that I read this as "Bloody Mary Monday"!  LOL

B:  ProtiDiet maple and brown sugar oatmeal, 2T milled flaxseed, coffee with Premier Protein vanilla RTD

L:  IceCap made with coffee and Body Fortress Vanilla powder, cocoa powder added

S:  Leftover beef tenderloin

D:  Homemade chili, 93% lean ground beef, black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, and Southwest Slaw

W:   on track for 100 oz

E:  two 30-minutes walks with the dog, upper-and lower-body weight routines at gym
