So, another pound down this morning... so that's just 3 more until I'm back to my ticker weight. I'm working hard!
B - cottage cheese (duh, really!)
L - Wendy's Baja salad - part of it anyway
D - I have no freaking idea. Food of some sort.
Water - I'm behind where I usually am but will easily make 8-10
Vitamins - on track
Happy pill - I need to take a few extra (but I won't LOL). Drama with the girl kid today. I'm SO sick of this whole mom job.

Homeschool co-op started again today and completely messed me up. Have been running ever since with other responsibilities. Trying to catch up on everything.
1: Unjury Chocolate Splendor shake made with jus****er this time
2: 3 Sargento RF string cheese sticks (choked down between classes)
3: 1 veggie burger patty, three egg whites fried in scant Pam but which stuck to the pan anyway
4: 1 can Chicken of the Sea sardines in water, 2 LC RF cheese wedges, 10 dill pickle slices (or at least that's the plan)
fluids, vitamins: catching up
exercise: lots of walking and some stair climbing at co-op today, and had to stand for two 50-minute classes. Legs are hurting, but preop I never could have stood for two 50-minute classes, so I'm calling an NSV. Every cloud has a silver lining. :)
