Lowest Sugar Fruits
This list surprised me a bit. I have always heard from body builders that cantaloupe was the lowest sugar fruit.

Yep -- the only fruits I'll eat right now are raspberries, blackberries and strawberries, and even then, not very many because I'm finding that just about every carb makes me want more -- even when I make green beans or other "good" carbs.
Since I'm not about to give up leafy greens and a few berries now and then (even for a die-hard low carber, that just doesn't make good nutritional sense to me!), I just eat then and deal with the the small cravings that get triggered!
