Flat Out Light Bread
I don't require bread very often but I found these and it provided me with a new avenue for lunches and "sandwiches". They are called Flat Out bread and the original Light has only 90 calories/16 carbs/9 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein. I can only eat about a half of one so that gives me a net of 45 calories, about 4 net carbs, 4 fiber and 4 protein. Here is a recipe I made with a half a flat bread yesterday:
1/2 Flat Out Original Light
1 tbs of Pita Pal Organic Spicy Red Pepper Hummus
1 tsp of 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
1-2 tbs of Mediterranian Herb Fat Free Feta
2 oz of grilled chicken
small handful of fresh baby spinach
I rolled it all together into a small wrap and it was very good. I may add tomatoes in a future version and I would really likt Tzatziki sauce instead of plain greek yogurt. This would also make a good gyro.
half of 16 would be 8g carbs

Yup. I've had these before. I find that they seriously fill me up though so I stopped eating them. I couldn't get my protein in with them. And for some reason they give me bad heartburn too.
