Lol...did you read my post yesterday...I had cheesecake (1/2 piece, but still!) brownies and wine!  And Italian Bread!  But started my 2 week pre-op diet yesterday & feeling pretty fine....went to the gym and everything last night!

You're a better man then I am (well, I'm not a man, but still!).

Yeah, my food funeral was also an epic fail, so you are in good company.  There is nothing to morn, this is not the end of anything, only a transition state to a new normal.  I remember going to a support group right before surgery that was held at a restaurant.  All the pre-ops were ordering "funeral" food,  I watched what the successful post-ops ordered and followed their lead.  That was the beginning of me following in the footsteps of those that achieved what I wanted.  I have always learned that in life, in business in every endeavor, if you want what other people have, just do what they do.

Well, with an "epic fail" like that, I don't think you will have to worry about an "epic fail" later. The odds are that you will rock your sleeve.

Yesterday was my Food Funeral as well.  But I threw my back out and spent the day popping pain killers like they were candy.  I didn't eat anything until 8 pm... and what did I eat?  1 piece of chicken.  Wooooooooooo
