Stalled? Already?

I stalled from the beginning of week three until the beginning of week seven. Just keep at it, try to get your protein shakes, and you'll start losing again eventually. I lost a lot of inches during my stall, even though the scale was hardly moving. Good luck!

Thank you for replying. Wow that was a long stall. I hope you have gotten over that hump and are back on the losing path. The stall doesn't scare me, I just wanted to make sure that it was normal so early. It helps to know that I am not alone. So At the risk of sounding like an idiot again, I will ask you the same question I asked another responder, How do you lose inches if you are not loosing weight? I thought that they came off with the weight?
