Today was a rough one, went from 5 minute runs to 8 minute runs and I wasn't expecting it. I was still sweating 30 mins later. And I am going to the gym tonight. That's why the scale is moving though.

Hah that's the week that made me quit.   I did the 8 minute run and my body said F this ****!   Seriously I think I would have needed to repeat that week 4 or 5 times before moving on.   I'm thinking of trying it again now that I've dropped some weight,  previously I had stopped as I was afraid of wrecking my knees but maybe i'll try again when I drop a bit more.
