Surprisingly I have done ok with it. I had to repeat week 3, I had a tough time getting past 3 mins. Honestly if your knees are a concern and you really want to do it, go to a running shoe specialty store. I spent $116 on my shoes but they fitted me for how I walk and what I was doing and I have to honestly say it was money well spent. I haven't had a knee or ankle problem yet and they specifically said this type of shoe would protect me from that and they were right.

I did, I have 120$ New Balance shoes specifically made for running, I run on a treadmill as well, I just was afraid that maybe 280 pounds was a bit much to ask for my knees, they do creak alarmingly when I go up the stairs! So instead I walked at a higher incline, I've slowly started adding in sprints again but nothing structured like C25K yet.

wow, you sure are what a workout looks like....me, my face gets all red for an hour, and I only seem to sweat from my head LOL

HW 275 SW 246 CW 162.5 GW 150 ( 5'1" Over 1 1/2 inch lost in the last few yrs! LOL) lost 50 lbs on my own, stable for 3 yrs, gained back 21 during year b4 surgery.
