Actually sweating is just your body trying to regulate its temp. I am in no doubt that you work your ass off but sweat shouldnt be a measure of how hard your working. Its same with lifting... just because your not sore afterwards doesnt mean you didnt have a good workout.

This is funny Keith.  I sweat most from my head when I work out, so I wear a cap.  My measurement of how hard I have worked out is by how high up the "tide mark" (aka sweat line) is on my cap.  If its not at least 4 inches, I haven't worked hard enough and need to do some more sprints!...lol

I'll tell you something Keith...

I don't tend to break a sweat from working out. Hardly ever. Not from rowing, soccer, biking, etc. etc. etc. If and when I do... I certainly cannot post a photo of it... Underarms... Check. Underboob... Check... Butt crack... Check. Not posting that photo ever... And will admit I am not likely to exercise like that again ever. 25 km bike ride... in 45 minutes... in the dead of summer. Repeated to go home after spending the day at the beach.

EFF THAT! I spend my summer in my pool instead thanks or drive my arse to the beach!

To each their own though. Good for you!
