McDonald's snack wrap, I tear off most of the wrap and leave just enough to cover one side of the chicken.

Jimmy's Famous Seafood.......the best mozzarella cheese sticks. ( Oh, why did I talk about these place).

Most of my eating out is at restaurants and I try to order whatever I don't usually cook at home - so mostly seafood!

Fast food - Boston Market, half of their rotisserie chicken (I get a few pieces and the cats and dog get the rest) or a 3 piece dark meat combo.  Every once in a while, Braum's bacon cheeseburger.  Or Wendy's chicken/pecan/apple salad.  That's about it.  Fast food just doesn't appeal the way it use to....and that's a good thing, because I was a fast food junkie!

You guys have SO many more options than we do! (Probably a good thing for my waistline) So - I mostly just keep something in my bag.

I tried the Chik FilA nuggets while traveling and loved them! Wish we had that here.

A single KFC mini filet is a perfect serving for me and "costs" only 110 delicious calories. I buy 6, enjoy 1, and my hubby has them in his lunches for a few days.

Mucho Burrito with a sleeved friend - fish taco bowl. Filled us both up and she took the rest home for her supper. On my own I buy either a fish taco or a side of their chicken.

Extreme Pita with the same friend - Chicken Shawarma pita with extra chicken, cut in half to serve the 2 of us. Most of the bread ends up in the garbage.

Swiss Chalet - chicken teriyaki, no rice. Makes 2 meals for me. Side salad with added chicken also works well - same deal.

Most other places I either get soup or a side dish and maybe a nibble or 2 from my hubby's plate. I used to look at the appetisers, but they're generally heavier than I want to eat. Often my best option is to order off-menu.

If I have to run through a drive thru I order a chicken breast only. They often charge much less than a chicken sandwich and since I'm throwing the bun away anyway it's less wasteful. Today I had to work through lunch so my friend brought me a grilled chicken breast from a Mexican food restaurant. It was HUGE!  I ate a couple of ounces and weighed the remainder when I got home - 8 oz. They only charged $4 and that will make about 4 meals (that I didn't have to cook!)
