S - C4 extreme pre-workout drink
L - Tuna Salad on a Josephs Omega-3/ALA Flax/Oat lavash wrap (low carb, these are pretty good)
S - Celsius and probably Turkey Jerky
D - Bubba Burger with Cheese
S - Casein Protein Shake
W - on track
V - not yet, still full from lunch need to get that processed before I load up on vits and supps
E - Hour and half in gym (chest/lats, shuttle runs, and 7 burpees today), C25k Week 8 starts tonight
