Holy crap!

I just got a surgery date.  Is there room on the bench for another May sleever?  May 16th is the tentative date.  I have my pre-op appointment tomorrow and will start the lovely liver reduction diet.  My hands are shaking right now.  I am relieved and anxious.  Wowzers.  I seriously feel like this is a dream!

It is a dream- a dream come true. You will be so glad you did this. Congratulations. I know you will do great.

Congrats!  And I must say it is refreshing  to see a headline with the words "Holy Crap" that is not about constipation!  LOL!

How long from the time your Dr. office submitted everything to your insurance did it take for you to get approved, and get your surgery date?

My Dr. is suppose to be submitting everything to my insurance tomorrow. I am so anxious to get approved and get my date set.  

We submitted last Wednesday, and the insurance company called my surgeons office this morning to let them know I was approved.  I called my surgeons office and was told they'd call me tomorrow to schedule my surgery, but then she said "oh wait, you're on the books already."  So it was just over a week...but the longest week of my life! :)
