Had a 6 week plateau, it broke and now I'm losing pretty fast. 4 pounds in 6 days-- raising calories sometimes does work.

B: cheese slice, egg

L: dim sum (2 pieces)

D: one Chipotle steak taco

W: its good

V: on track

E: did 3 days this week at the gym

Good luck with your 5k!  I'm sure you'll rock it!

B:  BA Chocolate protein with 2 oz coconut milk, 4 oz silk vanilla (ran out of my coconut & almond milk!)

L:  Wawa chicken noodle soup minus the noodles, small.  1/4 cup Wawa chicken salad

S:  Meat from one chicken thigh and small piece of italian sausage, zucchini and mushrooms.

D: ??  Have to write an entire paper tonight and tomorrow!  Ugh.

Vits:  Done

Water:  Only about 40 oz so far

Ex:  Have to at least do treadmill tonight. Missed exercising last night because of stinkin homework.  Walking tomorrow for hubby's cousin's daughter...she has cystic fibrosis.  Then back to finish my paper....sigh.

My weight is a bit high today, still in my range, but on the high end.  I am eating more carefully today.

B: egg with smoked chicken sausage

S: skipped it today

L: smoked pork chop with caramelized onions( Alan smokes our meat),

S: Broccoli slaw

D: salmon in mustard sauce with cucumber salad

Yes, it's your recipe and I love it.  Thank you.  The pork chops are fantastic, Alan rubs them the night before and smokes them for two hours.  I make the caramelized onions by slicing them really thin and then cooking them on low heat with balsamic vinegar. The combination really works well.

So glad you like it! How much do you eat at a time?  I think I wll make that this weekend! Good idea to have it as a snack, I have not thought of that, duh LOL
