B: BA Chocolate protein with 2 oz coconut milk, 4 oz silk vanilla (ran out of my coconut & almond milk!)
L: Wawa chicken noodle soup minus the noodles, small. 1/4 cup Wawa chicken salad
S: Meat from one chicken thigh and small piece of italian sausage, zucchini and mushrooms.
D: ?? Have to write an entire paper tonight and tomorrow! Ugh.

Water: Only about 40 oz so far
Ex: Have to at least do treadmill tonight. Missed exercising last night because of stinkin homework. Walking tomorrow for hubby's cousin's daughter...she has cystic fibrosis. Then back to finish my paper....sigh.
