Happy 49th birthday to me!!!
Celebrated my daughter's 18th yesterday and my 49th today! Barbeques and fun was had by one and all and I wasn't even remotely tempted by the cheesecake cupcakes and the red velvet cake that filled the house with heavenly aromas. I was totally into my grilled (on the coals!) fish and turkey brochettes. Life is good even if the scale isn't moving! I feel great welcoming in one more year and I know there is more great stuff ahead. Lots to look forward to! It has been a happy birthday!! My first post op b-day! Yay!!!!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
