NSV, Scale Fail, and a lot of photo whoring :)
I'm trying really hard to be honest with myself and on the forum. Maintenance scares me so much bc I've always stuck my head in the sand by avoiding the scale and not being honest with myself. Losing weight has always been relatively easy for me. Accountability is my life long journey. I don't ever want to avoid mirrors, be afraid of doctors, live in yoga pants, or feel ashamed again. Thank you so much!

Orange you cute?! Good grief.... that one freakin' pound will be gone immediately. Travel....especially leisure/vacation travel is a challenge. I just finished an 8 day road trip with my chef/saucier/foodie boyfriend. Like you I brought protein drinks for the morning. Unlike you, I only have fantasies of fitting in a size SMALL!!! anything.... You've done great. That pound will be gone by the time I hit SUBMIT....looks like you had a great time.
Yes...a chef for 20 years and for the last 10 he develops sauces, condiments, rubs, dressings, baking mixes and more for the company he works for in our lovely wine country region and also for Williams-Sonoma, Target, Tyler Florence and more. Gratefully, he's not much of a snacker, doesn't like sweets much, and just isn't a huge eater. I like to cook but don't seem to be doing much of that since WLS. I've become such a cheap date.... taking a few bites of what he ordered when we were on vacation, or eating part of an appetizer...no drinks, no desserts, hell, often, no entree. WLS folks make the best dates!
