Watcha' eating VSGers?? - Saturday, 5/25
Tomorrow will be a better day.Today marks one month post-op for me. I'm down 31.2 lbs and 17". Isn't that crazy??? Thanks to all of you for showing me the Jedi tricks.

L...Egg white cheese omelette
D...Fish of some sort
S...Protein shake
Vit...in process
Water...32 oz down, at least 32 to go
Exer...I plead the fifth!!
Next up...
B: 1 egg omelet with ham and cheese
L: My modified caprese salad with arugula, tomato, fresh mozzarella, avocado, and olive oil
D: Going out to Brio Italian Grill....thinking grilled fish
prolly no snack today...just not feeling it.
E: swam for 20 mins and walked around a shopping plaza

haven't been happy with my eating lately. :( I have been in a constant PMS for almost a month so my cravings are insane and I don't feel satisfied very easily... anyway trying to make smart choices even though I want to continually eat.
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese
L: Nasoya light firm tofu with soy sauce and a smidge of sesame oil
D: Grilled turkey cutlet and veggie (I think)
S: don't know yet.
E: 2 hours of constant walking while shopping
My surgeon wants me to eat more calories, but I am hesitant... I am alternating days with more calories and days with lower calories.
