that  caramel macchiato protein shake sounds BANGIN!  How do you make it, what powders do you use?

I love it. Here is what I do:

8 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 - 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder

1 packet of instant coffee (I have been using starbacks because it is ground up finer and mixes very well

1 - 2 tablespoons of Sugar Free Caramel Macchiato Coffee-mate (http://www.coffee-mate.com/Products/Caramel-Macchiato.aspx#e 5a2f47f-4c31-47a8-af70-cf20de4b11c0)

put it all into a shaker bottle and shake it up.

There are a couple of other sugar free flavors that my local grocery does not carry that I have to try to find somewhere, looks like they have a vanilla caramel, peppermint mocha, creamy chocolate, pumpkin spice, Italian sweet creme, french vanila, and hazelnut.

that sounds good!  I'm going to try.  I love coffeemate but haven't bought it in a while because I cannot find the fat free hazelnut flavor anymore!  Peppermint Mocha and Pumpkin Spice are seasonal only I think.  I recently bought a flavor from their "Bliss" line which is all natural, I bought the sweet creme flavor because I figured it could be good?  Haha, but I am going to find that caramel macchiato flavor for sure!  I love hazelnut macchiatos from starbucks, wonder how I could make that work?  lol

same way I would think, just instead of caramel machiato use the hazelnut. The hazelnut is available in the big bottles. I haven't tried it yet but next trip I will pick some up.

Crud, forgot I have to babysit grandbaby tonight...no gym.  I'll take him for a long walk and then do my weights at home.  We have to be flexible I guess :(

I had the pleasure of watching my best friend graduate law school yesterday and we celebrated with her family at Smith & Wolensky in the city which is a very opulent steakhouse haha.  Glad I didn't have to pay that bill!  :)

L: leftover filet mignon from S&W's and some sauteed spinach

Vits: terrible

X: either kickboxing or a run tonight, not sure which I'm feelin.
