HF (Healthy Fats) - Almonds, Peanuts, fish oil supplement
W - a little slow today but getting there
V - Yep
E - Headed to the gym at 3:00 AND running tonight.
I'm just 4 weeks out so things are limited but here's today...BTW Keith thanks for your words on not going no fat on everything. I went up to 2% for cheese and yogurt...and I think it helped break my stall :-)
Breakfast - 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
Morn snack- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk with 1 scoop Isoflex Peanut Butter Chocolate (Love this stuff!)
Lunch - 1/2 can water packed tuna with 1tbsp chopped white onion, 1 tbsp low fat miracle whip, 1tsp Seal Sama Sugar Free Teriyaki
Aft snack- Sugar free jello or SF popsicle
Dinner - Grilled salmon steak with teriyaki sauce and some cauliflower puree I made yesterday
It will hit me around 550 calories or so. I may have some macerated strawberries with balsamic later if I feel I need it.
Awesome 2% is fine on dairy products, just be careful on full fat milk/yogurt/cheese as it is higher in saturated fats which we do not want. The only saturated fats that I don'****ch is from coconut oil. For some reason (for which I do not know at this time) everyone (including Dr. Mercola) seems to be ok with saturated fats from coconut oil.
So I have always said healthy fats, but in general I have not really watched my fat intake I am now watching my saturated fat intake.

L pizzagaine (meat pie) but I skipped the crust which was SO HARD because we all know I love my carbs.
