1more day of clear liquids then liquids for 4 weeks. I can see this unsalted beef and chicken broth getting old. Does anyone have any great clear liquid recipes, etc i can have to get me through the next 4 weeks? I have a great protein shake recipe list a great poster here shared.

Can you do protein drinks? There's Isopure Zero Carb RTD ( Orange and Alpine Punch were my faves) or some of the Syntrax Nectar protein powders mixed with water (LemonDe, Iced Tea and Grapefruit my faves...).

Our "clear" liquid meant no stuff, not see thru.  We could have strained creamed soup, yogurt, SF popsicles, jello, puddings, and drinks 5 cal per 8oz., like diet Ocean spray.

I added unflavored protein powder to most items.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
